Hey, everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2021 Ford Escape, we're gonna be checking out the Roadmaster Nighthawk tow bar with Blue Ox ends. When it comes to picking out a tow bar, it's a really important decision, because it's responsible for a lot of the work. And it's something that you're gonna have to set up, and connect to your base plate, disconnect whenever you're not flat towing, so on and so forth. So you want something that's going to be easy to use and also pull your vehicle, you know, well behind the motor home. Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Ford Escape, we're gonna be checking out the Blue Ox Avail tow bar. So before we dive right in and talk about the tow bar itself, I figured it'd be useful just to kind of touch base and refresh ourselves on the main components that we're gonna need to flat tow our vehicle down the road in the first place. There is gonna be a total of five main parts that you're gonna need. First one will be the base plate and that's gonna provide us with a solid and reliable attachment point. That way we can hook our tow bar up to it. more

Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar Installation - 2021 Ford Escape- Video
Hey, everybody. How's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to set up the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar here on a 2021 Ford Escape. So a tow bar is gonna be the physical connection between the motorhome and the towed vehicle. This is what the Alpha 2 looks like while it's set up. As you can see, all of our components have a nice black powder-coated finish. This is gonna help it blend in well, and it's also gonna help protect the tow bar from rust and corrosion, being that it is sorta down low behind the RV, where we're gonna get a lot of dirt and debris kicking up. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the RoadMaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar here on your 2020 Ford Escape. So here's what our tow bar looks like installed. Now, this is what's known as a motorhome mounted tow bar. So there's two different kinds of tow bars. So there's one that mount on your vehicle and there's ones that mount on the motorhome. And what I mean by mounting on the motorhome is that's how it's stored when it's not being used. more

We'll be using this tow bar on a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid. It's going to match the look of our vehicle and they're both going to look really nice. This is one of our key components in a flat tow setup. We have our tow bar and in this case, we have a high, low adapter. more

Blue Ox Tow Bar Installation - 2011 Ford Escape- Video
Today on this 2011 Ford Escape, we're going to install the Blue Ox Aventa LX Tow Bar, part number BX7445. With our base plate already mounted on the Escape and the tabs installed, we're ready to go ahead and install the tow bar onto the RV and then connect it to the Escape. Ideally, we'll be doing this on solid-level ground, but unfortunately, the bad weather today doesnt permit us to do that. We got the RV inside installed and pinned in to the hitch. We can now go ahead and connect the arms to the Escape. We'll then remove my pins that come pre-installed and you can see. more
